Sara Bartel, JD
As a senior attorney at ChangeLab Solutions, Sara works on issues related to healthy, sustainable communities: air quality, healthy housing, nutritious food and beverages, tobacco control, and active living.
Before joining ChangeLab Solutions, she was an associate at Morrison & Foerster, LLP, with an active pro bono practice supporting marriage equality and helping tenants negotiate eviction proceedings. In law school, Sara was a member of the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation's Food Law & Policy Clinic and the Emmett Environmental Law & Policy Clinic. She has worked with the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition, the Conservation Law Foundation, the Environmental Law Institute, and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of the General Counsel.
Sara graduated from Harvard University magna cum laude, and received her JD from Harvard Law School, where she was an editor on the Environmental Law Review.
