No work under any proposed Scope of Work shall commence until an award has been made and a written contract has been formed with ChangeLab Solutions. Although the Scope of Work contained in a posted RFP is current as of the date of the RFP, ChangeLab Solutions reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work prior to entering into a written contract.
