Sofia Kromis, SHRM-CP

Sofia is passionate about advancing equity through supports, opportunities, and systems that improve outcomes for all people. As ChangeLab Solutions’ human resources associate, she facilitates an inclusive workplace environment, efficient administrative functions, and positive experiences throughout the employee life cycle.

Before she joined ChangeLab Solutions, Sofia worked in people operations for an advocacy organization that seeks to win national paid family and medical leave. She has also worked as a project manager, providing program quality improvement supports to a portfolio of youth-serving organizations across the country.

Sofia graduated from Northwestern University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in education and social policy with a concentration in secondary teaching. She is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a certification granted by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
