Kathryn Robinson

As an attorney at ChangeLab Solutions, Kathryn works on law and policy in multiple program areas that address structural and social determinants of health and economic justice.

Before joining ChangeLab Solutions, Kathryn worked with California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc., where she represented low-income residents on a range of matters, including tenants’ rights, prevention of homelessness, employment rights, and public benefits appeals. She also represented historically disinvested communities in the San Joaquin Valley, advocating for equitable investments in public infrastructure, access to safe drinking water, development of affordable housing, equitable access to services for people experiencing homelessness, and good governance.

In addition, Kathryn previously worked as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in rural Northern California. During law school, she served the New Jersey Superior Court’s Appellate Division as a legal extern to the Honorable Garry S. Rothstadt.

Kathryn holds a juris doctor from Rutgers Law School and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the State University of New York at Purchase College.
